Accuracy, reliability and reduced maintenance

Years of moulding experience with machines led INTER-CHINA to develop an efficient technology for metering and mixing cast polyurethane. INTER-CHINA machines are designed with three major guidelines : accuracy, ease of use and easy maintenance.

Metering accuracy

INTER-CHINA machines are known for their accuracy even without the use of flowmeters. A permanent recirculation and a very efficient control of the main parameters enables a precise metering :

- temperature : machines are based on a proprietary electrical heating system. Ovens, hoses and valves have independent regulation to ensure constant temperature of the products.

- pump speed : precision gear pumps with a very efficient speed regulation are used.

- pump working pressure : pressure is managed by a proprietary self adjusting regulator. It allows a large range of casting back pressures without change in the pump working conditions.

User-friendly interface

Special computer-assisted calibration modes allow an easy and accurate machine adjustment depending on users’ needs.

Reduced and easy maintenance

From the design step, the machines integrate the purpose of reduced maintenance: they are manufactured with highly reliable elements and are designed mechanically and electrically to reduce down time. Nearly all of the hundreds of Baulé Machines built to date are still functioning worldwide often in severe conditions. It demonstrates they are designed for heavy duty service.
